In Store Purchases

We will gladly refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  After this time, we will not accept any returns. 

Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.

All End of Season sale items, undergarments, and swimwear are final sale. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted on these items.

Online Purchases

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date.  After this time, Merchandise Credit will be issued for a period of 30 days from the shipping date.  To exchange or return Items for a Merchandise Credit, please email us at info@thevalecollective.com.

If you received merchandise as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact customer care for assistance. You may return your gift within 30 days of the shipping date. 

Your Return Package:

  • Place the item(s) you want to return back into the tissue it was originally wrapped in and place it into the brown box or shipping bag we sent your order in along with the original invoice or gift receipt.
  • Stick the Prepaid Return Label we've provided on top of the original shipping label ensuring the previous label barcode is completely covered.
  • Book a pick-up with the shipping carrier found on your Prepaid Return Label or drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location.
  • Once e receive your return package and your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away to let you know.

    Online Return Refund and Processing

    Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via thevalecollective.com.

    All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card.

    All refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days upon receipt of your return package.

    In Store:

    Should you prefer to return your online purchases to our store our address is 113 N7th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211 (between Berry and Wythe).

    Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

    Order Cancellation

    Hit the "Submit Order" button before you were ready? We’ll do our best to help. During customer care hours only, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click “Submit Order” to cancel it by contacting us at info@thevalecollective.com.
