Return & Exchanges

In Store Purchases
We will gladly refund (in original tender) or exchange regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  After this time, we will not accept any returns. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt. We maintain the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards.

In-store final sale items include: Merchandise from downstairs sale section, swimwear, hats, bodysuits, and apothecary products. Items worn out of the store cannot be returned.

Price adjustment: We are happy to process a price adjustment for you if we reduce the price of any merchandise (in the same color and size) that you have purchased from us within seven (7) days.

Online Purchases

Online final sale items include: Merchandise with “Final Sale” written in the product description, swimwear, hats, bodysuits, and apothecary products.

Exchange: If you wish to make an exchange, please email info@thevalecollective.com or call the store at (917) 826-3181 - and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process.

Returns: Returned merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged with tags attached and original packaging where possible.  We maintain the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, minus the initial shipping charge. Please include the original invoice containing your name and order number in your return package.

The Vale Collective is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the item shipped in error or with a damage. Please use a trackable method of return shipping as we are not responsible for packages lost en route.
